LADIES FITNESS CLASS

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The class will consist of a variety of exercises and stretches geared toward building optimal physical health. Increase in endurance, better core strength, and increase in mobility and flexibility are some of the key goals of our new class. 

Additionally, we are still in the process of trying to bring in a female Bando instructor, to teach Bando, and will inform you as soon as that process is complete.

Strengths:

  • Physical and endurance training

  • Fluent in English, Arabic & French

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in “Sports and Physical Education”
  • Certified Fitness Instructor
  • Extensive training and experience
