How to Enroll

To get started, simply fill in the form below and click Submit. You may choose to book a free trial class if you’re ready to begin training, or book an observation if you’d like to visit and watch a session first. Once your form is submitted, you may attend on the day and time you have arranged—no further confirmation is required. The first class is free of charge and there’s no obligation from your side. Just come to learn and have fun.

Why Emirates Bando? Because we can offer you an in-depth martial arts program that will provide you with techniques for offense, defense and self-defense. You’ll learn to employ different body parts as effective striking and control tools, to defend and attack from both standing and ground positions, and more.
